Anatomical Engineering Inc. is an innovation company that incubates, develops and commercializes outcome measure technologies to the O&P – Orthotics and Prosthetics, PT – Physical Therapy and Orthopedic industries. Anatomical Engineering’s team is stacked with seasoned BioMechanists, Software Engineers, Healthcare Marketers, and Electrical Engineers providing decades of superior solutions in the sector. GaitKeeper® is a patented, full-service motion analysis gaitlab technology that gives (the 4 P’s) Patients, Practitioners, Physicians and Payers full-body kinematic & kinetic data, and easy to use automated report generation. Our 3D motion capture application and patented technology allows us to generate reports based off full musculoskeletal, kinematic and kinetic data for Practitioners without the use of force plates or fixed equipment.

Our GaitKeeper® system will allow your:

  • The world’s easiest gaitlab for clinical workflow
  • O&P practice to be truly evidence based with real O&P outcome measures
  • Easily capture variable cadence and full-body kinematic and kinetic data for reimbursement
  • Have full motion analysis with our MotionIntelligence™ automated reporting
  • Quickly access quantitative data and patient trends during follow up analysis
  • Generate a PDF report for prescribing physicians, insurance providers, therapists, or colleagues
  • Have full video documentation and archives of all patients for any potential MAC Audits

Our Story

Anatomical Engineering has created a patented kinematic and kinetic technology that helps prosthestist and therapist record and generate quantitative outcome measurement reports for amputee patients. GaitKeeper® is the easiest gait lab system on the market. GaitKeeper® is a full gait analysis system designed for O&P clinical daily practice.  Full body, lower and upper extremity measuring capabilities, and a kinetic pressure mapping system that allows you to run multiple tests for variable cadence.

  • Cost Savings – GaitKeeper® VS Marker Based GaitLab 74% 74%
  • Clinical Time Savings – GaitKeeper® VS Marker Based Gaitlab 80% 80%
  • Testing Accuracy – GaitKeeper® VS Marker Based Gaitlabs 95% 95%
  • Ease Of Use – GaitKeeper® VS Marker Based Systems 93% 93%
